Step 1: Register through the NF Railway Online Application Portal. (Click on "Register Now" link on the Home Page).

Step 2:Login to the NF Railway Online Application Portal with the Login ID created in Step 1.

Step 3: Fill in the required profile and official details in the form and submit. You will not be able to submit Application without filling up your personal and official details.

Step 4: Upload recent passport size photograph when asked. No application will be accepted without photograph of the Candidate. This step can be skipped if already uploaded.

Step 5: Upload scan copy of SC/ST certificate when asked. No application will be accepted without SC/ST certificate. This step can be skipped if already uploaded.

Step 6: Upload scan copy of PwBD certificate when asked. No application will be accepted without PwBD certificate. This step can be skipped if already uploaded.

Step 7: Upload scan copy of signature when asked. No application will be accepted without signature of the Candidate. This step can be skipped if already uploaded.

Step 8: Now you are ready to Submit your Application. Click on SUBMIT APPLICATION Button

Step 9: System will auto generate the Application Code after successfull submission of your form.

Step 10: After validation/review of the application, status of the application will be declared.
